High blood pressure patient, eat noodles can make blood pressure heighten?

Hypertension is a common disease harmful to people's health. Once suffering from hypertension, we must not let it go, because only by strictly controlling blood pressure, can we effectively avoid the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents. However, blood pressure control can not only rely on drugs, but also depends on the correct care and attention in daily life. There are many "hidden crises" in life, which can lead to the rise of blood pressure without the knowledge of patients.

Noodles, white toast, hypertension should be careful to eat

Some patients with high blood pressure have raised the question that noodles and white toast are not salty, and cereal is a healthy coarse grain. How can the doctor not let me eat them? The doctor explained that patients with hypertension should adhere to a low sodium diet, judge the level of sodium content, do not rely on the taste alone, look at the nutrition table is more reliable.

High salt diet is an internationally recognized risk factor for hypertension. For patients with hypertension, reducing 50 mmol of sodium salt intake every day can reduce systolic blood pressure by 4 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure by 2.5 mmHg; for patients with normal blood pressure, it can reduce systolic blood pressure by 2.0 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure by 1.0 mmHg.

Excessive intake of salt and sodium is one of the causes of hypertension and heart disease. Our sodium intake is not only in salt, but also in "hidden" high sodium foods.

And these "hidden versions" of Gaona foods include noodles and white toast. For patients with hypertension, noodles, white toast, sports drinks, vegetable juice, sour plum soup, chocolate drinks, hot pot soup, instant cereal, jelly, biscuits and other foods are often "hidden crisis", and the sodium content is often frighteningly high.

For example, there are various kinds of noodles bought in supermarkets, such as vegetable noodles, egg noodles, low sugar noodles, coarse cereals noodles... Although these noodles look good, middle-aged and elderly people, especially those with high blood pressure, should not eat them. Because these noodles often contain sodium (NA), generally the "sodium" content is 1200 mg / 100 g, that is, there are 3 g of salt in 2 noodles (400 mg of sodium = 1 g of salt). Just a handful of dried noodles let us take half of the daily salt intake recommended by the state (JianZheng normal people's daily salt intake is not more than 6 g). Therefore, patients should not judge the level of sodium only by its saltiness, and should not forget to look at the nutrition table before eating, so as to avoid not knowing about the "hidden version" of high sodium food.
