I was really scared. I was 22. How can you have such serious hypertension? At that time, the hospital also prescribed medicine for me and asked me to take it regularly every day, and I did the same.

But when I measured my blood pressure, it showed 150, and the blood pressure dropped, but I was not comfortable, and I couldn't sleep well.

Later, I decided to stop taking the medicine. At this time, I felt more comfortable. My head didn't swell, and it was easier to fall asleep. But when I went to the school doctor's room to measure my blood pressure, my blood pressure returned to 165. At that time, I was really about to collapse, and I couldn't attend my favorite physical education class. I really don't know what I should do? I know that all the drugs prescribed by doctors have side effects.

Then one day I saw an e-book on the explanation of various reactions of the body on the Internet, and it was at that time that I began to doubt traditional medicine for the first time. That e-book is not many words, but let me understand the truth of hypertension.

I began to seriously adjust my lifestyle and eating habits according to the ideas in the book. At that time, I almost went to bed at about 10 o'clock every night.
